Pgrogram for Chituwan National Park:
How long should I stay in Chitwan? Chitwan is a quaint area with a few things to do, but there isn't enough to do here for a weeks worth. I'd say the perfect amount of time is about 3 nights. You could stretch to 4 nights if you wanted to relax, and you could do everything in 2 nights if you are in a rush.
Best Time to Travel In Chituwan National Park:
October to early March is the best time to visit Chitwan for pleasant 25°C temperatures, but if you can stand the heat, come in April and May, the end of the dry season when wildlife gathers at waterholes – expect meltingly hot temperatures in the mid 40°Cs. January is the coldest month, skimming freezing at night.
